As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that therapy is one way people change their lives through looking at how they see the world from the inside out and how the world affects them from the outside in. Therapy can be a challenging and rewarding experience that can create lasting change in our lives.
Change within organizations and systems is part of the work I also do in my consulting practice. In my role as a consultant, I draw upon my training and skills as an attorney and educator to help companies and nonprofit organizations with training support, retreat facilitation, program development and management, grant writing and fund development, policy and procedure development, and marketing and community advocacy.
